Wishfinity Advertising Terms

These Advertising Terms (“Terms”) apply to merchants, brands, and advertisers (“Advertiser,” “you”) that purchase advertising, promotional, or merchant services from Wishfinity (“Wishfinity,” “we,” “us”) by EGGTOOTH LLC.

By purchasing or using Wishfinity advertising services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Covered

These Terms apply to Wishfinity advertising and merchant services, including but not limited to:

Branded Shops
Premium Storefront placements
Preferred Category placements
Homepage Add-to-Cart Ads
Other promotional or merchant features offered by Wishfinity

These Terms do not replace Wishfinity’s general platform terms for end users.

2. Fulfillment & Timing

Advertising services are fulfilled manually by Wishfinity.
Most services are fulfilled within 48 hours, though timing may vary.
Fulfillment is considered started once placement, visibility, or access is enabled on the Wishfinity platform.

3. Homepage Ads (Specific Terms)

Homepage Ads run for a minimum of three (3) months.
Homepage placement is not fixed and may move down the page as new ads are added.
Homepage Ads act as an instigator of discovery and virality, increasing the likelihood of:
- Being added to user wishlists
- Appearing in collections
- Ongoing discovery across the Wishfinity social shopping network

4. Merchant Responsibilities

To maintain advertising placement, Advertiser agrees to:

Keep promoted products active and accessible on:
- Wishfinity, and
- The Advertiser’s own e-commerce site
Ensure product links remain valid and purchasable

Wishfinity reserves the right to remove or suspend placements without refund if:

Products are removed
Links break
Inventory becomes unavailable
User experience is negatively impacted

5. No Performance Guarantees

Wishfinity does not guarantee:

Impressions
Clicks
Sales
Revenue
Conversion rates
Return on ad spend

Advertising services provide visibility, discovery, and network effects, not guaranteed outcomes.

6. Fees, Commitment, and Renewals

Some services require an annual commitment and renew automatically unless otherwise stated.
One-time services are billed once.
No refunds are provided once fulfillment has started or placement has begun.

7. Account & Platform Integrity

Wishfinity reserves the right to:

Modify, reposition, or remove placements
Suspend advertiser access
Protect platform integrity and user experience

These actions may occur without refund if necessary to maintain platform quality or compliance.

8. Payment Processing & Descriptors

Payments are processed through Wishfinity’s Stripe account.
Charges may appear on statements as “wishfinity.com gifting”, which reflects Wishfinity’s shared payment infrastructure for gifting and advertising services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Wishfinity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability related to advertising services will not exceed the amount paid for the applicable service.
